We have some exciting news to share: Kitchen by Mike now has its own homegrown MICRO HERBS!

We're taking our commitment to sustainability and locally-sourced ingredients to the next level with our new Homefarm Commercial System.

What is it, you ask? 

It's a compact and automated indoor farm that can grow up to 48 edible plants at once. And the best part? It's a vertical farm that takes up only 2 square metres of space in our restaurant! 

This means we can use the produce all year round while saving on food miles, packaging, and, most importantly, giving you the freshest and tastiest herbs and leaves possible.

We're thrilled to be able to offer our guests ingredients that are grown right here at KBM. We know freshly picked food is nutrient-dense, tastes better, and our new Homefarm system ensures that. 

We can't wait for you to try our homegrown micro leaves in our dishes. Plus, it's a sustainable and eco-friendly way to source our ingredients, which we're passionate about here at KBM. Make sure to stop by and taste the difference for yourself!
