We’re thrilled to announce that our popular W.T.F. dinners are making a comeback!

Join us every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5 pm onwards for some seriously delicious eats and a fantastic selection of local, natural wines that are innovative, fun, and complement our dishes perfectly

We’ve got an exciting menu planned, featuring dishes such as Beef Tartare & Bottarga, Fried School Prawn Sandwich, Mike’s Signature Chicken Liver Pate, House Dry Cured Port Lincoln Sardines, Moreton Bay Bug, Wood-Roasted Porchetta, Grilled ‘Barnsley’ Lamb Chop, and a Crème Caramel that will leave you wanting more. We’re committed to sourcing our ingredients locally and sustainably, and we’re excited to showcase what our country offers.

But that’s not all - we also feature a carefully curated selection of local, natural wines that will impress. Mike has hand-selected these wines for their unique and fun profiles, ensuring that they perfectly complement the flavours of our dishes. At Kitchen by Mike, we believe in using only the freshest and most seasonal ingredients in our dishes so that you can be assured of the quality and flavour of our food. Our new dinner menu features various dishes incorporating the most seasonal ingredients to create a truly unforgettable dining experience.

But that’s not all. We are proud to announce that we are now using our own homegrown micro leaves in our dishes, sourced from our indoor herb garden using our new Homefarm system. Not only are these ingredients fresh and nutrient-dense, but they are also eco-friendly and sustainable, which we are very passionate about.
